My crush is a player...help me please

My (i am 15F) crush (he is 16M) is a player and i wanna know if he is genuinely interested in me or if he's just playing me (which he probably is).

PROS: • i am on his close friends story • He says he likes me • Compliments my looks • Likes my stories • Sends pictures/videos of his dogs • Says hi or smiles at me in school when he sees me and sometimes asks me how i am (but he does seem nervous when he talks to me which is unusual for him) • He told me what he was looking for in a girl/realtionship and asked me what i was looking for • He asked me if i have ever been kissed (idk if that's a pro or con) • When he does talk to me, he holds eye contact

CONS: • He doesn't talk much about himself or ask about me • He flirts with pretty much anyone • He isn't consistently texting me • We have never met outside of school and he has never mentioned meeting

FYI: we have only been talking for less than 3 weeks, and have only known each other for that long, so we're still getting to know eachother

Also, he told me about his past relationship and how it ended, and he told me how many times he had had s€×...??

EDIT: Oh, and he also asked me "can i ask a question? If it bothers you, don't answer and sorry" and i was like ofc and he asked "have you ever masturb@ted?"
