Consensus on Expansions?

I haven't looked at CK3 since Northern Lords + Royal Court, so I'm wondering how people here perceive the expansions and flavor packs that have been released since then? It seems like, judging from the Steam store, that they've been reviewed rather negatively so I'm curious as to if those sentiments are the same on the subreddit as they are on the store page.
