Missed excursion

Hi everyone! Me and my boyfriend (19) are both on our first cruise alone together in a margaritaville at sea islander suite! It’s going amazing but we stupidly forgot to change our phone settings before setting our alarm. We woke up an hour late for our excursion, we both paid around $100. Yes, it’s our fault and I’m not seeking pity or expecting to be reimbursed. Just wondering if there’s anything I could possibly tell them so be able to get a credit or refund. Thank you!
