Subaru Service Won't Believe Me (CVT)

I have been experienceing CVT issues. The car is jumpy when slowing down - almost like it's trying to find the right gear. I took it to Subaru and they said everything is fine (even after test driving).

Are they just gaslighting me? It's pretty clear that something is up.
