2020 Crosstrek - feels jumpy all of a sudden

Had a 2020 for a few years. about 35k miles on it. take good care of it. All of a sudden it feels a little jumpy when I take my foot off the gas and the gas mileage is bizarrely low all of a sudden. When I take my foot of the gas and just coast the car says I'm only getting like 20 mpg.

Any idea what's going on?
