[CHAT] Skein list purchasing

Has anyone done patterns from World of Cross Stitch magazine? At the bottom of their thread list it lists ones that need extra skeins but I don’t know if that’s the total number or the extra number.

Including cropped pic, hopefully ok since it’s not of the actual pattern.

Basically when it says 2x828 do I need three total since it’s also in the main list above? Or just 2?
