moving cages?

hi everyone! so as ive posted quite a lot lol my fam member got me a crestie with no knowledge of it and she lived in a small tub for 2 and a half days and i was misting blindly as i didnt have a thermometer+hygrometer!

today all the equipments i need to make her converted tank inescapable is arriving! is it okay to wake her up to move her into it or should i wait until shes awake at night? shes still super skittish and afraid of me so idrk how to go about moving her into the new tank except for just going for it and trying to handle her (im kinda scared cos shes super jumpy🥲)
