Amex Reward Multiplier in Incognito Mode

hi, does amex reward multiplier give bonus reward points if you use reward multiplier in incognito mode?
Let me know if anyone has gotten bonus MR points after using amex reward multiplier in incognito mode.

(I made the transaction and then read that the tncs say that you shouldn't be using incognito mode).
