Recommendation for First Credit Card

Hi all, I've been in this sub for a quite a while now, people here are amazing and helpful !! Anyways, I am asking this for my friend.

She is looking for her first credit card, so no cibil score yet. Primary want is something that gives lounge access, and everything else is secondary as all other spends can be covered by my cards (I have Tata Neu Infinity, Swiggy, SBI Cashback). She has salary account in SBI, and a HDFC Max savings account. Salary is above 1L per month.

Can you prefer some best cards that give lounge access ? I was thinking of Tata Neu Infinity, but since this is her first card, I fear she will face problems getting core HDFC cards later on. (Maybe MMT ICICI?) So are there any other cards ? Don't want something with spend criteria, and LTF and Rupay cards will be cherry on top.
