Hdb scam

I need a help I'm having an emi relationship with hdb as I had purchased an appliance on emi with hdb. I lost the number that's why was unable to unable to login to their app hence I requested for my loan statement . Now their customer care has sent me a normal statement with tenure and asking for money / payment as they have a policy that i need to pay for statement . I'm bit confused should I pay or not 🥲
