FD based Tata Neu Credit card

I applied for tata neu cc. I got an offer for fd based cc with ltf, so went forward to apply. The application is in process but thehdfc bank website shows that reference number application is declined. Will I get my money back as refund? Anyone help please!

PS: Yo! got the card, it was the fear that hit. :)
