USB Cash+ Application: Still pending after more than 54 hours

I submitted application (double dip) in the early morning of December 10, and it has been more than 54 hours. Just called 800-947-1444 for credit card application status, the system replies "still in process".

Is it normal that it takes more than two business for credit card application?

Edit: It was approved on 12/13/2024. I will make a separate post (flair: Data Point) to update the status (SUB, Credit Karma credit scores, most recent new cards/hard pulls, etc), once I get all the information, SUB information is still unknown, which may take a few days. Once I make a new post, I will update this post with new post link.
