Merchandise Palettes/Signatures

Am I the only one who hasn't received the signature/palette you obtain from buying COS merch? (Before you ask "Did you buy it from the ingame store?", I did! That is why I'm confused.)
I bought the Boreal Warden hoodie, but didn't receive the Frostmaw signature look after buying it. Is this a bug? Do I have to ask somebody in the discord server to get it?
