Low FPS Problem Around My Workshop

I built a workshop including basic machines, and each of them has an individual clutch for su control and FPS efficiency. Before this video, I had too many waterwheels, and when I looked at them (if they were visible), my FPS dropped significantly. I removed many of them, but it didn’t change anything. My FPS drops when looking around the workshop, even if they are not visible. What could be causing this problem?

I have some decoration mods in my pack (FramedBlocks, Chipped, Copycats+). Could one of these be causing the problem? I tried removing all Framed Mini Cubes (textureless player head blocks), but it didn’t help much.
