Easiest way to track gym sessions?
Hi, I got a Pace 3 for running, but would like to start tracking my gym sessions (strength training) as well, but without constantly being on my watch to change exercises/trained body parts for example. I just lose my focus doing that. Is there an easy way to just track something like "1h 10m gym session, Friday 18:20, average heartrate 112bpm"? I just want to press a button for start/finish of my session basically. Thanks in advance!
