Results
I always see on the internet that orange theory is bad for you, causes weight gain and inflammation etc… I practically go to Corepower everyday but switch off from yoga sculpt, HPF and C2. They are all very hot classes but I’m curious if corepower will cause similar “results” to what people at orange theory are experiencing? Is it bad to workout in the heat everyday? And for those of you who have been doing it for a while have you noticed beneficial results or weight loss?
