Don't like fish but want to Eat Healthy
I am trying to find a way to eat fish more. I have been told through research that fish is a very lean meat but I have always had a mental block when it comes to fish as I had bad fish maybe once or twice and I can't bring myself to eat it due to the taste. I like breaded fish sticks, but I use a lot of ketchup. I am wanting to try and make a dish but don't know a good dish to make. Any suggested dishes for someone who doesn't like the taste of fish?
Edit: I understand the just eat something else premise lol. I eat a lot of chicken and lean beef but wanted to try expanding my meals while on a diet. Just seeing if anyone more knowledgable than me knew of any dishes that might change my opinion is all.
