Controller's sticks not beting on center.

So I had bought a flydigi direwolf 2 which has hall effect sticks but its still drifting (idk if tis stick drift or other problem). But when I try to test it on any site or even in gate the right stick is always at the top left corner and the left stick is slightly below center even tho the sticks physically are in the center is there a way to fix it?
