Stop and Shop is committing fraud with digital coupons that don’t work

Hello my beloved home state, Anybody else go to Stop and Shop, see what looks like a super good deal that you can get with a digital coupon, only to find that it’s impossible to get the registers to recognize them? Are there any class action lawsuits about this yet? Does Channel 3’s I Team investigation unit still exist? S&S is straight up scamming people.
