Route from comsat to fast university/jinnah hospital?

Can anyone help me out with the metro / speedo /orange train route from comsat to jinnah hospital. Im NOT familiar with routes etc.

the university bus picks up at 7:30 only so waiting till 12pm class is actually absurd ( total kinda 4-5 hours????) So help me out a lil i might travel locally this semester. Van isn't an option sadly as their timings are weird as well.
