What job could I REALISTICALLY get with a Trifecta+ and 3 years helpdesk experience around the Washington, DC area? Is it enough for anything?

I know what in a perfect world I should probably land another helpdesk job but it's been nearly a year in NYC and I haven't even been able to land a retail job let alone anything IT related which is why I'm thinking of moving to the DMV area in hopes that l'm able to find literally anything even if it means retail or being a janitor/custodian or warehouse worker.
