Has anyone here ever rented space in 1400 Food Lab or ECDI Food Court?

I’m trying to figure out a monthly cost for renting prep and storage space for my small baking business. Before I take time to do a tour for either of these places, I want to make sure the financials make sense for my budget first. Does anyone have any insight on how much Columbus’s food incubator kitchens are per month?
