Is Klook experience for HKG legit?

It is more than 15 hours since the Klook experience opened for booking the Coldplay concert in Hong Kong but looking up on the Klook app, it show they still have bookings open for the April 9&11 shows. Seeing the demand Coldplay generated especially in India and then later in Abu Dhabi, it comes as a surprise that the Klook experience bookings are still open. This is making me doubt if this is even legit. Could someone confirm if this is legit please?
