My husband hours got cut as a software engineer (not about performance, has good feedback) recently -- We can still pay the bills but in a tight budget.

I have a foreign degree in marketing and trilangual (Cantonese, Mandarin & English). I studied a medical admin assistant certificate with Penn Foster (but no related working experience) and want to land an entry level job with University hospital or Cleveland Clinic.

1. What qualification should I highlight in my resume?
2. What is the hiring process in University Hospital/Clevleand Clinic?
