Facebook Marketplace Q300 exhaust for $200?

I’m gonna attach the photo of the listing and what it should contain. I think it’s obvious that the kit is incomplete as usually the kit is in 3 pieces. What’re the cons for missing the last part/actual catback? This is mostly out of curiosity but $200 isn’t a bad price.
