Stumbled across this on Reddit a few months ago and have been a daily lurker.

Always wanted a nice omega but unfortunately I like nice cars and having a young family don’t have the budget/justification to spend 8k on a watch at the moment.

Bought this cheap 007 omega from luxe.watch.lusso on DH Gate. (Potentially called Lusso only prior). Delivery took 3 1/2 weeks to Scotland with Royal Mail tracked once in the U.K. Priced at £63 and £19 for the nato strap

Didn’t expect much in terms of quality but just wanted a half decent looking watch from 2ft away and. I’ve bought citizen and seiko watches in the past but never ventured into anything more than £500.

I have a few friends with omegas and Rolex’s so interested to see their options on this shitter although they’ll likely presume it’s real at first.

Anyways here is the culprit the omega 300 diver 007 60th anniversary. I have to add I’m extremely happy with this buy even with the below negatives on the watch. For the price it looks fantastic on the wrist and the discrepancies aren’t that bad from my eye distance. I’m in trouble as it’s is a crap watch and think it’s brilliant… looking forward to my next purchase already.

Must add I’m fortunate that I bought the nato strap, the mesh bracelet was very uncomfortable for me.

Points I’ve noticed -bezel off centre - 12 off - 6 off - crown potentially the wrong shape - lume is poor
