Rednote(xiaohongshu) is the only platform that doesn't require ID verification

All other Chinese social media apps require either a +86 phone number or a non+86 number but with Chinese national ID real-name verification.

That's why a lot of US netizens flock to it. I believe the network censorship authority could fine Xiaohongshu because of the missing Chinese ID verification feature
