Ordering the meal as an entree

Only been working there for a month and I've had a couple people be like

"I'll get an 8 count nugget"

Me:"The meal or the entree?"

"I'll get it as an entree, and I'll also get a medium fry and a diet coke"

They just... order all the contents as an entree... to make a meal...

Yall had this experience before?
