Should I buy him?

Hey y'all! I was wandering if it was worth it buying Chester with gems. I've been wanting Chester since release, and this offer is really tempting; I know I can also get him in the star road, but I still have 2 mythics, a legendary and an epic before having the choice to unlock him. What do I do? Thank you for your time!
