Does anyone else has one of those days where your brain just shuts off and you want to forget you have celiac?
I was diagnosed when I was just 2 yrs old, so sometimes it's difficult to take it seriously. Especially after a long day of class, going to the cafe and not finding any gf option that will be filling and conviniently eaten during a break, or you're ordering food because you're too exhausted to cook but too broke to buy shit that you know is guaranteed gluten free. I also have impulse issues with ADHD, it sadly also leads people around me to not take it seriously because well...I don't. Anyway this rant because I'm thoroughly regretting everything right now and already know this damage I've caused will take weeks to fix even remotely.
