Pregnant with Celiac

I just found out via multiple urine tests, that I am surprisingly pregnant. I was diagnosed with a 34 LGA (test was above 15 LGA) and confirmed via endoscopy (although they mentioned it was a mild case). I cut gluten out completely mid September immediately after being diagnosed. What are the odds of this being a miscarriage? I am so nervous to be excited that my body won’t be healthy enough.
