Why does my cat not show me love? (Answer)

A lot of people wonder why cats are so unaffectionate, but this is not a case for all cats. Cats and humans are not much different, just like us, they all have different boundaries.

My cat for instance gets overstimulated very quickly. and I used to take this personally, but now I realised that’s just how he is and he will come to me when he wants love on his terms and that’s ok. I also don’t want people to be affectionate with me 24/7.

I’ve seen other cats that are more clingy, and that’s okay too. Cats just have a different love language and it’s our job as their owners to learn and adapt.
