📢 Mod Team Update: Adjustments & Improvements

As promised, the mod team is back with some updates and changes. Let’s dive in:

🛠️ Point 1: Modmail and Bans

  • We've addressed modmail issues and reverted most bans.
  • Some bans under dubious reasons are still being investigated.
  • If you’ve been banned and believe it was unjust, please reach out via modmail.

❌ Point 2: Crossposting Disabled

  • Unfortunately, Reddit's implementation of crossposting has caused issues, so we’ve decided to disable it.

🏅 Point 3: New Flair System

  • For a long time friend code as a flair hasn't made sense anymore, so we’re introducing a karma-based flair system. While the exact thresholds are kept confidential, here’s a sneak peek at the ranks:

    • Poke Ball
    • Great Ball
    • Ultra Ball
    • Luxury Ball
    • Timer Ball
    • Love Ball
    • Friend Ball
    • Beast Ball
    • Strange Ball
    • Master Ball
    • Cherish Ball

  • Automoderator Status: While most users are being flaired correctly, some inconsistencies remain. We’ll monitor this over the next few weeks. All issues fixed, all user flairs should rollout well now.

🌟 New Accounts

  • New accounts will now be automatically flaired as "Unknown" for a set period and/or until reaching a karma threshold.
  • This allows experienced users to exercise caution when trading with new accounts, while ensuring a fair experience for newcomers.
