One Night, One Dinner in Cary, NC

We will be in Cary area for one night next week. What restaurants are recommended? Not fine dining, around $50 a person (w/o liquor), cuisine can be American, steaks, Italian, pub fare, Mexican/latin but not vegetarian, ethnic (Ethiopian, African, etc.- just dont want to experiment this trip). We love Lucky 32 in Greensboro so progressive southern would be awesome-think Glass Onion in Charleston. Thoughts?
