Reminder to everyone out there doesn't have HSRP, got challan today bcoz of it as my car was still in the process of transfer

Got a challan as my car was in still in the process of transfer, and it didn't had HSRP number plate🥲 (the police was asking for more but settled on half) and surprisingly there was 6-7 cars that just passed through them with no HSRP number plate

Maybe it's just luck 🤞
