What's wrong with the Nissan Dualis?

Hello!

Currently shopping for used compact SUV's and have noticed many many Nissan Dualis cars on carsales.

Is there something inherently wrong with these cars? Are they a decent 2nd hand car? Any info greatly appreciated.
