Fiesta ecoboom advice

Please give advice (slander for buying an ecoboost is acceptable)

- Bought in September 2024, dealer said timing belt has changed. 2 weeks -> timing belt goes -> under warranty dealer replaces engine (was 80k, now 24k). 4 months later -> low oil pressure -> RAC man says likely due to timing belt degrading / clogging oil pump -> tow back to dealer as he has 12 months warranty on engine he replaced it with.

- Car is currently sat at dealers, am I entitled to a refund from what I wrote above? Googled consumer rights, 30 days to 6 months, can request repair or replacement of vehicle. If repair, one chance to fix vehicle (he replaced engine, now something with engine has gone wrong again), and can get a refund, reduced by usage of car (about 3000 miles). Anyone had similar issues / know how to ensure a refund etc.?
