insurance prices advice...

Hi all, im looking for some advice on how to get insured on a used tesla which is being brought on finance for about 15K GBP.

A little about me, im a single 22 year old male who has been in the UK since birth and have had one accident in august 2020 (write off) with two SP30 tickets with points and fine of 3 and £100 each, these SP30 was gained, one at the end of July and one at the beginning of august, please note these are now expired and no longer on my license.

i have got no years NCB/, due to being a new full license holder only having my license since June 2024 im struggling to find insurance on any electrical car.

reasoning for choosing tesla, is both for the general idea/price i can get one at but also because it seems to be the only affordable car i can get that i have any chance to insure.

TO PUT INTO LIGHT, it costs me 5k for 12 months (1 year) to insure a fiat panda. and it costs me 8k for the year for a ford fiesta. neither car is new or on finance, but i have had quotes previously for teslas for 4.5/4.7k mark for the year, and finance is also cheaper for me.

I have no idea why but im only telling you what I'm experiencing , what seems weird to me is that i have over 6 years NCB for a motorcycle on a Provisional (CBT) license, and for me to get a new insurance policy on a bike costs 800 a month....

So, please let me know what your experiences/advice is, it would be extremely helpful for me
