MIT, Harvard experts disagree on the next steps for Cambridge’s multifamily zoning ordinance
The Cambridge Citizens Coalition (which is against the current zoning proposal) has been circulating a blogpost that neglects to mention that one of the panelists, a former city planner in Detroit and Chicago and former mayor of Charlottesville, repeatedly advised City Council to pass the zoning proposal. “You have had this conversation for a mighty long time. And at this point, I hope that the council has permission by residents to act to do something,” Cox said.
