I want to ---- the creator of PeopleSafe. Did you know they're making an update so you view email/phone/etc communications differently? That's the "update" and nothing functionally or user-wise is improving and worth an announcement in theSource. Remember, it was designed brilliantly, the correct updated tier is of a prescription is only visible by Senior Team reps in AS400 (WHO ACTUALLY KNOW HOW TO VIEW IT!). Not CER, not clinical, and hell no not the formulary online LMAO. Why would information visible to members be current?? We can't have them (or god forbid, CCRs) viewing updated accurate information. We need them to wait until higher up feel like trickling down information.
And I love order statuses where you have to do a secret handshake to find the correct one. Obviously there's no explaining to members "yeah our system says two things and the work instruction has 2 highlighted to view with opposing statuses but doesn't specify which one to use and it's unclear why we can't see what the fuck a PA#00000000000 is but it shows up for half your meds but no a prior authorization is in (11 zeroes, NOTHING in PBO tab, primary or secondary insurance) but yes it accepts but no I do not know what that means, because literally nothing in our resources tells us what that means. Please be confused enough to hang up. Your order is in process"
As a final note I wanna mention, customer "service" here is simply a battle between "what the screen says" and "what the screen means". Or rather "here's what the screen would say if it was designed to be useful to anyone aside from those who have worked with it for at least 2 years. And when people say they 'learn something new every day' in customer service, what they really mean is, training received is beyond insufficient considering the labyrinth that is peoplesafe, thesource, whatever formulary the client requires is 'searchable' and NOT available in PDF form. Sometimes it's hard to tell who's confidently doing things right or just comfortably doing things wrong because everything is new brick wall after new brick wall"
