Late payments and collections

Hello I have no idea what I’m doing I’m trying to fix my credit I want to do rentals but my credit is 560 I have 2 late payments and 1 collections. I’m trying to get my credit utilization is high I know it needs lowered but will be with tax check. I am 23 years old and willing to hear out any advice because I don’t know much.
