Paxlovid for asymptomatic cases?

Hi all, tested very faintly positive today on a FlowFlex rapid test. I tested because of exposure at an event, and I have no symptoms.

I was looking into Paxlovid to try and reduce the chances of long COVID, but I’m seeing that the most recent studies don’t show that it actually reduces the rate of long COVID.

I’m planning to get a PCR test tomorrow to confirm and wouldn’t hesitate to take Paxlovid if I begin having symptoms, but I’m curious if there are any official recommendations for asymptomatic infections?
