2010 Corolla LE massive electrical problems

Yesterday, I got out of the car when I arrived at this restaurant, everything was functioning normally, only thing was TPMS must've been messed up because I had just filled my tired the day before but the light was still on.

As soon as I shut off the engine the power lock system fails. I go inside thinking it was just a key fob battery problem, but when after about an hour I returned to the car and discovered the full scope of the issue. The engine started up fine and it revved fine but:

- Power lock doesn't work

- Brake lights don't work

- Gear shift is locked

- Instrument panel lights don't work

- The Ebrake light doesn't disappear when I put down the EBrake

- Radio does not work

- Outlets do not work

- Mirror adjustment doesn't work

- ABS and Steering Wheel lights are illuminated

- Window buttons do not work

Interestingly, when I popped the hood to inspect the fuses, I pulled out the IG2 fuse, it was fine so I put it back in, and magically all of the problems had been fixed. Temporarily.

When I got back home I parked the car locked it like normal everything was fine. The next morning I came back to get in, I literally heard the key fob unlocking the door, and then I get in the car and bam key fob doesn't work anymore and all the other issues are back. Replacing the IG2 fuse does NOT work this time, unfortunately.

Any ideas??? My neighbor is a mechanic and I'll have him check it out if that's necessary but I'd rather not pay someone if this issue has a simple fix
