Checking in! (Still over 100 lbs down!)
Hey y'all!! Just checking in. I'm still doing good. For those that are unaware I'm Jennifer (42/F) Started cico and hiking in Jan of 2023 at 40 years old and over 236 pounds. I was over that but ashamed to get on a scale. 236 was after weeks of dieting and hiking. I'm almost certain right after my mama died I was pushing 250. I also added in the gym (cardio and weights) in April of 2023. My fiance does it with me and we usually do the gym week days and hike on weekends. He's also lost over 100lbs.
Anywho I hit 132 about July or August of this year. I took a little maintenance break and have been sitting around 136 for months. I think I wanna try to hit 129 and then maintain again during the holidays.
Anywho just wanted to check in and say hi! If your reading this I hope you have an amazing weekend and all your goals come to fruition. I believe in you! ♥️
