Texas fans, do you consider your season a success?

In hindsight, Quinn Ewers really was the definition of middle of the pack. The little screens, swings and wheels, short outs are fine, but he gets batted down at the line all the time and he forces throws. His draft stock really plummeted. Poor redzone offense and Isiaih Bond was a complete bust.

Texas probably should've just started and stuck with Manning earlier in the year.

Defense was top notch though and even though they lost, the d held Ohio state to 21 offensive points.

OTOH, you beat the ACC and Big 12 champions, went into OT in the SEC title game, and beat all your rivals in your 1st SEC season.

Successful season? Or disappointment.

This game also makes the Buckeyes losing to Michigan even more head scratching, but if Notre Dame can lose to NIU, any given Saturday?
