Never thought I'd end up posting here

So long lurking here only to end up making a post myself.

This tiny wound on her nose appeared last week and is slowly getting bigger/redder. Both her water and food bowl are made of stainless steel, so that probably isn't the problem. Is this worthy of a vet visit?
