what are natural teeth cleaners for cats

i don’t know if i worded that right. my cats would rather kill me and themselves than let me brush their teeth so im looking for something they can chew on that can help prevent gingivitis. ive heard of those dental chew sticks, but i dont trust reviews does anyone have personal experience with them? i need my babies to live forever
