Pay differential between the staff and supervise.

I am currently an IT Supervisor II and my current salary is much lower than the staff I supervise . Even the other IT Supervisor II within my unit earn much higher salary than me. Is there a way to renegotiate my salary with CalHR or any other suggestions?
