How everyone is so smart ?

So i am in a tier 3 college and there is one of my friend /roomate who is extremely good in coding in first year . Like where people in my class are debating c++ vs Java , bro has 1800 rating in cf . And solved whole strivers sheet . And he just not only solved then but explained every concept with so much clarity when we got doubts . I can't solve medium level questions .

And that's not the end he is an exceptional developer also like frist year me hu mern with next js .and decent knowledge of gen ai and ml . where as I have managed to learn only html css js and react in my first sem . He also won the sih this year in first year !! And we went to two local hackathons and their in one of them we got first place and in the another one we were second runner's up both the hackathon projects were solely built by him.

Our first sem just got over he managed to score decent cg without studying (8.5) . I. Achived 9 cg by 10x more hard work .

Like he is a great guy, always motivates me to work on projects and stuff also never gatekeeps anything but I also want to manage everything like him .like how people manage everything ????
