M/31/5’11” [185lbs to 197lbs] (3 months) - Bulk progress

Currently bulking gaining about 1 pound a week, got to a point where I’m not sure if it’s time to cut again or keep going. Lifts have all been increasing nicely, with my bench going from 220lbs to 253lbs and my squat going from 400lbs to 425lbs. I also came off creatine at the start of the bulk so I think once I’m back on these should be even higher so definitely happy with the strength gains. The question now is to continue or not…
